We believe in a multipronged approach to ensuring the highest standards for the health, safety and prosperity of our employees, tenants, service providers and partners.
health, safety & wellness
We provide innovative, well-designed, sustainable and smart workspaces that enable companies and their employees to thrive. Our forward-thinking environments include extensive collaboration areas, improved natural light and air circulation, healthy dining options, fitness centers, roof-top gardens, LEED and Energy Star certification, and enhanced transit accessibility. Of course, we walk the walk—our employees enjoy the same type of facilities and amenities as our valued tenants.
Our partnership with Fifth Wall, a venture capital firm investing in technology solutions for the built world, provides us with unparalleled access to the entrepreneurs and innovators redefining how people interact with their physical environment. We??re at the forefront of technologies that will allow us to reimagine physical workspaces, making them more accessible, affordable, healthier, efficient, dynamic, personalized, connected and intimate.
We seek to hire, retain and empower the best talent to realize their full potential and deliver outstanding results. We are passionate about innovation and collaboration at all levels, and creating a fun, spirited workplace where employees are rewarded for their efforts and encouraged to grow professionally. We provide excellent subsidized health and wellness benefits. We offer professional training and development workshops, like our comprehensive two-day new employee orientation, Hudson University. On-site meals, ergonomic office equipment, generous policies to encourage work/life balance, and community service opportunities further drive employee engagement.
We lead by example at work and in the community—at every level of the organization. Our leadership and employees are actively involved with many of the most influential and impactful industry, civic and community groups.

Philanthropy & Volunteerism
Our philanthropy and volunteerism program, Hudson Helps, leverages our resources, people and expertise to provide meaningful, and often transformational, support to the communities in which we operate. At the corporate level, we partner with leading non-profit organizations, primarily in the areas of housing and shelter, education, employment and the environment. In addition to initiatives at the corporate level, Hudson Helps includes programs that support our employees’ individual philanthropic and volunteer efforts. These include company-matched donations and volunteer time off for qualifying initiatives.
