GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum has recognized Hudson Pacific Properties as a “Best Place to Work” for outstanding performance across select areas, such as community outreach, employee satisfaction and professional development. Selections were based on data collected from companies and employees. Hudson Pacific’s Kay Tidwell, EVP and General Counsel and Karen Swope, Sr. Director, Operations Training and Process Improvement shared valuable insights about our unique company culture, workplace opportunities and employee engagement.
“We have an incredibly collaborative environment where employees are empowered to voice their opinions, problem solve and identify solutions to everyday challenges,” said Swope.
Tidwell added, “Hudson Pacific places a high value on employee development and advancement, as evidenced by its varied training programs—from comprehensive and mandatory new employee training Hudson University, to targeted trainings on new systems and practices, to special, competitive advancement programs offered to employees.”
The award series was open to companies who operate in commercial real estate and related fields, including service providers, consultants and tech firms. Nominations were evaluated based on companies’ quality of leadership, culture and employee trust and satisfaction.
