Sunset Bronson Studios is a 10.6 acre media and entertainment campus located in the heart of Hollywood, California, one block west of the Hollywood (101) Freeway. The property served as the original Warner Brothers Studios, and was the site of the first talking film, The Jazz Singer. Today Sunset Bronson is a multi-use property, with a full complement of production, post-production and support facilities that enable its media and entertainment focused tenants to conduct their business in a collaborative and efficient setting. Sunset Bronson consists of 313,722 square feet, of which 144,084 square feet is dedicated to sound stage facilities, and balance being office and support space. The property serves as the home of KTLA, one of the largest independent television stations in Los Angeles, and has been the network’s only home for over 50 years.
